Frequently Asked Questions

 

The hire of all our machines includes experienced uniformed staff to operate the machines and keep them looking tidy and clean.

 

  • Do you charge mileage costs?

 

There may be a small mileage fee added on to the price subject to where your event is based. Please contact us for more information.

 

  • Do you hold public liability insurance, and PAT tested?

 

We hold a Food Hygiene Certificate and have Public Liability Insurance which covers us up to £1,000,000.00. All our machines are PAT tested.

 

  • Do you need us to provide electricity?

 

We would ideally like to set up near to a regular 13amp power socket, alternatively we will use a generator.

 

 

  • Do you ask for a deposit?

 We require a non-refundable deposit of £150 to secure your booking. The final balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
